The training I have undertaken is through Mindfulness UK and has enabled me to become a qualified teacher of mindfulness and compassion offering both bespoke training designed around the individual and / or business as well as an internationally accredited Compassionate Mindful Resilience course which is recognised by both the British and European Associations of Mindfulness Based Approaches (BAMBA)

About Me
I have been a health and safety professional for over 25 years working within both the Public and Private Sectors. During my career, I have personally experienced but also witnessed the effects of stress and mental health and it is this that has led me on the journey to find ways to support both individuals and businesses in managing this.

Registration and Accreditation of training has been via Mindfulness UK and Counselling & Psychotherapy Central Awarding Body
